“The First wasn’t cleaned properly. There were no sheets on the bed and the staff was very accommodating. They gave us a new room, but the hallways were dirty and smelled of food. We checked out at 11 and there was no continental breakfast available like stated, only cold coffee”

“This was a very bad experience. The room was very unhygienic, especially the bathroom floor seemed to have not been cleaned. We stayed for 3 nights, and the room was not cleaned once. The sound insulation was also very poor. The noise from the vehicles on the road at night seriously affected our rest. We didn't have a good rest. Our family felt very tired, and my son's game condition was not good. In short, I will not stay in this hotel again.”

“Nice room, friendly staff at check-in. But a false fire alarm at 6:30am which staff explained as a "test" and which took 1.5 hrs to resolve were pretty annoying. Also, that the phone in the room didn't work and created a disturbing noise.”
