“Located in a nice neighborhood, this property was a wonderful environment for my weekend trip with some friends. Checking into the property was easy and the host was extremely communicative and kind. The inside of the property was very clean and we were provided with anything we needed (which was all very clearly described in the listing)! We were located just a short walk away from the beach, and not too far away from the Wildwood Boardwalk! Such a wonderful experience and I would not hesitate……

“The location of the property is excellent to the beach and boardwalk.Neighborhood was quiet. Rooms were ample size, and the room in the back with the connected bathroom was very large.The kitchen was ample size with nice appliances. There are some kitchen accessories that need to be upgraded or added, such as the cutlery ( no teaspoons) , kitchen towels, mugs, and fry pans.The pool table is a fun addition to the property as well as the bar set up.There is one tight parking spot provided and the……

“Perfect getaway for my husband and I. Quiet neighborhood with great little beaches to walk to with our dog. Fantastic deck to sit and eat breakfast on and watch the birds in the marsh. Clean and well maintained too! We’d come back again!”

“We were in town for my son's USCG Graduation. The location was about 14 mins from the base. The owners were super accommodating to our needs and the space was perfect. I loved that the linens were provided and the beds were very comfortable. The downstairs living space was great for our other family members who came by to visit. We enjoyed the jacuzzi which was easy to use. Definitely 10 out of 10. Thank you Vince, you were beyond helpful!”

“The Mermaid Cottage has a wonderful beach vibe , it is the perfect beach getaway. And the cleanest house I ever rented!!! Just a short walk from beach to house we could go back and forth with the little ones with ease. The beds are so comfortable we all had a good nights sleep. The host provided many yard games to play after a day on the beach . The yard was a perfect space to hang out after a day at the beach! And there were bikes in great shape for a morning bike ride around the neighborhood. ……

“House was much bigger than I thought it would be. Disclaimer that one of the queen sized bedrooms is actually within another bedroom. But this didn’t impact our stay but important for big family rentals. My recommendation would be to put the queen upstairs and the kids bunk bed room downstairs. One of the very few homes in Wildwood that had a pool and worth every penny! We asked to turn up the heat and it made a huge difference. Beach is about 2-3 blocks away. So close and no need to drive……
