“Das Hotel liegt in einer recht ruhigen Seitenstraße, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind recht klein mit begrenzten Ablagemöglichkeiten, aber für eine Städtetour allemal ausreichend. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Der Frühstücksraum ist klein und es kann vorkommen, dass man etwas auf einen Platz warten muss. Aber der Hammer war das ganze Team, wie Anil, Busra und Abdullah. Sowas von freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit dem ganzen Herzen dabei. Wenn nochmal Istanbul, dann……

“The location was ideal for touring the city. The staff was amazing. Mehmet, and the entire breakfast staff, were friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was helpful with arranging tours and transfers. The room was comfortable and quiet (even though our balcony was on a main street), and the shower was fantastic. There are lots of place to eat, Turkish baths, and shops nearby. We highly recommend! ”

“I lived in this hotel for 4 days. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, served from 7:30 until 10:30 a.m. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, but close to the mosque. There are some good place to exchange money nearby. I would like to stay there again if I go to Istanbul.”

“朝食が豪華です。部屋も清潔で、使いやすかったです。ホテル周辺はあまりレストランなどはありませんが、トラムのアクサライの電停まで徒歩3.4分なので、電停の向こう側には飲食店も多いです。観光客ならガラタ橋やグランドバザールへのアクセスも良好なので、コスパは良いと思います。3.5〜4星。”

“Inclusive breakfast was generous and good. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“I absolutely loved staying here. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. The lighting in the lobby is really wonderfully relaxing, and is deaigned very well. That first impression allows the stress of travel to recind. There is lift. I found my room spacious and very plesant. The positioning of the hotel meant rhe sun shone in each day, which was glorious. (The curtains are thick enough to block out the sun if it gets too much.) I've seen people comment on the bathroom being small. I didn't think……

“・朝10時くらいに到着しましたが、チェックインさせてもらえました。部屋が空いていれば早めに行ってもチェックインできるようです。・朝食は種類が沢山あって美味しいです。日本人からみると食べたことのない料理、食材が多くて楽しめます。毎日の料理の変化が少ないので長く滞在すると飽きます。朝食に豆があり、かなり硬い種が入っているので注意してください。・Wi-Fiは上りも下りも20 - 60Mbpsくらいです。電波状態は普通で途切れることは無かったです。ですが、よくパケ詰まりのような現象があり、100Kbpsくらいに速度低下することがあります。・夜は外も中も静かです。外のノイズはほぼ聞こえず、たまに鳥の鳴き声や雨音などが微かに聞こえるくらいです。昼間は掃除スタッフが大声で話していて煩く、外からは近くのモスクの拡声器からのお祈りの歌？が聞こえてきます。周りの部屋の客の気配はほとんど感じられませんでした。これはたまたま隣の客が静かだったのだからかもしれませんが。・隣に小さな個人商店があります。もうすこし大き目のスーパーマーケットならトラムの駅近くのmigros……

Good location, clean room,

"The hotel is well located with a train stop in front of hotel, easy accest to the tourist sites in 10min. The room was clean, however, we're put in a room NOT facing the street, but facing INSIDE of the hotel, this means NO SUNLIGHT in my room. i asked to changed to a room with sunlight, i was told it's fully booked. Please ensure they gave rooms facing the street or with sunlight or the hotel shall have been clear with the room discription if the window is facing inner part of hotel. And i'd hotel's assistance to book a taxi to the airport at 1250 all inclusive cost. However, after a couple minutes ride, the taxi driver told me to pay another 350, which total 1600 in order to enjoy toll way to the airport. It's not hotel's mistake, but ensure to ask hotel staff to check with taxi driver to confirm all in cost to avoid strange surchages. "
