“This was our 1st time staying at Hyatt in Owings Mills and will continue each time we come home to visit. We were so comfortable all around. Everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Loved the size of the room with a livingroom too. All staff we encountered were welcoming, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“We requested a comforter at 10:00pm and the front desk told us that the housekeeping office was locked already and we cannot have an extra comforter because of that. As a result, we have to live through the cold night without an extra comforter”
