“Price is very good for what you get! 4 bedroom plus office with futon. Clean. Spacious. Private yard. Nice appliances, huge TV. Could use more dinnerware, utensils and drinkware, towels. Grill is charcoal and small. No outdoor furniture. Owner was super helpful with lock problems several times. Very responsive! ”

“Motel served it's purpose but that was about it. Beds were hard as rocks, may as well have slept on the floor. Found rat droppings under the beds. Had window AC that barely cooled the 300 sq ft room. Only opted to book due to how close in proximity to De Leon springs to be close enough to make it to the springs before capacity was hit on the 4th of July. If your looking for a comfy likely cleaner stay, this isn't it. ”

“Third trip to area and this rental was our favorite stay! Even Bristol our dog loved the balcanies to sit and smell the ocean breezes! She loved laying on the bed in the evenings watching the waves! The pelicans were fun to watch fish! Very clean, very comfortable stay, we had everything we needed and then some! Thank you Jim and Judy! ”
