From housing perspective, it was perfect for us and we never felt tight or cramped. Access to Old Rag parking was 10-12 minutes, and maybe 25 minutes to Shenandoah Nat Park Entrance, but easy. 15 minutes to Sperryville. This is is country. There is wifi at the house, but as a group we found cell coverage very spotty and wifi……
