“Very relaxing Staff were friendly one gent behind bar was a bit arrogant but overall our 4 day stay was good.. Oh there were ants in the room but didn’t really ruin our stay.. ”

“So bad. We just arrived around 20 minutes and then they ask us to pay for charge of bath with no reason. I’ve no idea why but the manager told us cuz we have arrived 20 minutes so we need afford the charge of bath. ”

“The location is great, very close to our friend’s house. The room is nice with a balcony. Good for business or trip to stay.”

“The room was pleasant, but the glass door between the bedroom and the toilet and shower area was odd and rather off putting. The bed was comfortable, and we got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was adequate, but the cereal, and other cold buffet items were uninspiring. All in all, a bit dull, particularly since a refurbishment was done in 2019. Ok for a night or two though.”

“Second stay for us, stayed last year for the Donnington historic festival. Hotel grounds are beautiful. Room was in the “cottage” which was clean and a good shower. Hotel was hosting a wedding so it was a bit noisy into the small hours. Disappointed that breakfast didn’t start until just after 8 with many people waiting and we had to rush to get to our event. ”

“Susan our host was warm and welcoming, the property was beautiful and our room was really nice. The breakfast was gorgeous! We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. Needless to say, we'll be making a stay at The Post House part of our annual tradition and we're looking forward to staying again next year!”

“酒店總共有2層, 下面3間房, 數上4間房, 周邊環境好好有古代鄉村, 而酒店建築物都給予1930年代外觀, 最特別係CHECK-IN係酒吧餐廳入面, 而晚餐和早餐價錢都優惠不貴, 食物質素幾好. 而各服務員十分有禮貌好有笑容值得一讚. 唯一少許不滿意浴室浴缸較為不清潔.”

“Lovely little pub accommodation, the room was spacious and the bed comfy. I would have liked an iron in the room, and a more powerful shower, as well as an earlier check in. The breakfast was lovely, as was the owner. A nice little place to stay.”
