“Um excelente hotel," by Marriott ", quarto amplo, elevador amplo. Reservamos também a suite para três pessoas da familia, wue ficaram muito satisfeitos com o atendimento e o fato de ser ampla e muito funcional. O hotel é rico em detalhes e o café da manhã, soberbo. Recepção e serviço excelentes. Funcionários muito brm preparados. Destaque para alguns que nos atenderam mais e muito bem, Sonya e Joy. A localização do hotel é ótima, próximo a vários pontos turísticos. Com certeza, voltaremos……

“基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。”

“We were very surprised to find a small and beautiful town named Lechlade nearby. And it is 45 hours' drive to Cotswold which was quite acceptable. However the room was not tidy enough but still in the acceptable range.”

“Overall, a charming property with real character. The room was beautifully decorated, well appointed, and the bed was especially comfortable—perfect for unwinding. The bathroom was clean and modern, with good-quality fixtures, though some of the furniture and smaller fittings (like the towel rail and toilet roll holder) could use a bit of tightening or TLC.
