“On our two week trip to the region, this was easily our favorite lodging due to the superior customer service and the exquisitely comfortable beds and more. Armando, Reynaldo, and Javier were the staff who we interacted with and all went above and beyond for customer service, whether it was resolving problems in translation or getting additional blankets or personally escorting us to a doctor and pharmacy when one of us was sick on a holiday weekend and very little was open so we had to keep……
