“First, Christina and Emilio are excellent hosts. So nice! And there are lots of little touches that make staying nicer. Such as bandaids in the bathroom when I cut my arm and k-cups for morning coffee. Great communication and very friendly. The neighborhood is great and I felt completely safe. We had a friend come pick us up for dinner and he was so impressed with the neighborhood we chose, having lived in DC for a bit and knowing the area. Thank You, Jesus, for that - we had no idea where to……

“Our hosts did a great job of making the space comfortable and efficient ! I was well stocked with needed tools, breakfast needs, including coffee pot, and microwave.(I brought homemade granola and some yogurt).The gardens were lovely, it was close to family, the host was great and we would return, again!”

“Nice & clean space. The "snack station" was a nice touch. Juan was very informative and helpful. I did not care for the "smart" features of the apartment nor did I care for the neighborhood. There was a lot of police activity near by.The accommodations were as listed.”

“Our party was diverse so having a bathroom in every room was a huge benefit! The back patio was large but the weather prevented us from using it. Check-in was seamless, check out was easier. Owner only reached out when needed. If we wanted to be extra picky, the television situation was strange and difficult to navigate. However, we weren't in the house long enough for it to matter. We would 100% stay here again.”

“Being in the neighborhood was perfect for dog walks and biking. The city is such a great place for biking around and being able to park our car off street and leave it there was amazing. Accommodations were good, large shower with good pressure. Friendly residents and safe, fast internet. AC in both rooms was a plus. ”

“Great place to stay! Neighborhood felt safe. Able to park our car their the entire stay and then walk 20-30 minutes to Museums. The Union Pub was only a 9 minute walk and had delicious food!The place itself was clean, plenty of bedding, towels, full kitchen, laundry. They even had a little fan in the bedroom, which I appreciated. I will definitely stay here again in the future.”
