“Lovely hotel with a fantastic breakfast. Lots of nice touches in the room with drinks choices, and coffee machine. Comfortable bed and although hot in the room as the heating was on full when we got there, there was a fan. Found the shower difficult to control and was also very hot. No major complaints and would definitely stay again.”

“I've stayed here on a number of occasions over the last decade and a bit. I've always found it to be friendly, with good beer and good food. My only reservations are that in colder months, the chalets can be a bit on the cool side despite having heaters. However, on this occasion, I was in one of the newer rooms and the bathroom was nice and warm in the morning and best of all contained a walk-in shower stall, far better than clambering over a bath tub! The pub itself has remained a decent……

“Though GPS directed our car to the tourist coach parking lot at the back, the hotel is just beside the motorway service centre with several restaurants in it. As customer of the hotel, we can buy £10 worth of coupon at £7.5 and the coupon can be used at nearby restaurant. The family room is also spacious, though the nearby gas station charges comparatively higher than other gas station ”
