“Amazing location and fantastic room( suite). The only let down was room service food( sandwiches) were stale and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.”

“We really enjoyed a brief one night stay with friends. A great location in the heart of a lovely town, a good selection of ales, friendly staff who make you feel welcome, and a really enjoyable dinner. Our room was comfortable, clean and with a nice en suite bathroom, and the breakfast was really good. Would certainly return.”

“Lovely welcome and excellent service. Room was clean and well equipped and I had a good night's sleep. While there I had dinner and breakfast and could not fault the food quality or portion size. I will definitely be staying there the next time I am in the area. ”

“Wonderful property and place to stay!! Right along the river. Our room had a balcony that you could sit on and watch/listen to the birds. The people who work there were so kind and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone not wanting to stay in London but looking for a more country side stay. Maidenhead was terrific and the food fantastic. Would stay again!!”

“Our go-to hotel if we need somewhere to stay before a Heathrow flight. The staff are all very friendly, food is excellent (both dinner and breakfast), plentiful parking. We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T. Even without knowing what we were dealing with, the lady behind the bar calmly cleared up the mess and……

“Really good. It's a door next to Giggling Squid but really well turned out. Rooms are small with no view but if yards from the river. Asked for car parks and they should've recommended the Waitrose car park which is free after 6pm and before 10am”

“The hotel was lovely and in a beautiful location, right on the riverbank. We ate in Sindhu, which I highly recommend. There are no USB ports in the bedrooms, which is worth knowing in advance. Breakfast was ok, but not great and certainly not the expected level for a 4 star hotel. The coffee was horrible and I would have expected better. However, overall we had a great time.”
