Minor quirks are the elevators need some refurbishing and when we arrived in our room there was Popeyes chicken in the fridge, and the carpets need to be refreshed The people and staff are amazing and attentive. Coming to assist right away. We loved the online check in. I will stay here again the next time I visit Memphis ”
