“My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year Anniversary. When we pulled up to the resort we were skeptical because the area it is in. Once you’re inside the resort it is better. The grounds inside are pretty. The spas and sauna were great. We loved that everything was open 24/7. We wish they had an option for a couples massage. It was a bummer that wasn’t an option. I got a massage and it was amazing. My therapist listened to everything I wanted. Rooms are outdated and could use some TLC.……

“K, if you want solitude, this is your choice. The property is about 15-20 from all the busier areas of the desert, but once there, you don't wanna leave. It's an excellent place to rest and relax. Enjoy the facilities and the rooms. Breakfast is top ten, super healthy. I appreciated every minute I could spend there. My only regret is the fact I wanted more time, but I couldn't. Definitely a repeat. (A perfect retreat. Brings snacks and drinks and it'll be it!)”

“Really enjoyed staying here! Came on a girls trip and it was a great location, great price and all the people there were so nice. It wasn’t crowded and we enjoyed pool Time as well as exploring the downtown area. It wasn’t modern, but it was great for our stay. Would definitely stay there again!”

“The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call……

“Our stay at Casa Palma was wonderful! From the moment we stepped in the staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived a few hours early and Pam (front desk) was very attentive with accommodations to make us feel welcomed and secure. Everyone in particular had a great mood and made us feel taken cared of. Overall the hotel itself is very clean, very new and modern and PEACEFUL! It was the perfect get away and will definitely be coming back! ”
