“We have stayed twice at this facility. The first we were given an unclean room in which the lights, air conditioner, fridge and phone were non functional.After expressing our displeasure we were switched to a more preferable room. The second time we stayed the room was clean, everything in working order, although the toilet seat was unattached to the unit. The breakfasts offered were dispensed cleanly and were replenished when needed. We did not take advantage of the pool or fitness room, but……

“I stayed here for 5 days for two work conferences. First came in to use bathroom and there was urine stains on the toliet. When you used all water systems, shower or sinks, it smelled like heavy garbage. Let's not mention the awfully bright light outside of every bedroom window at this hotel that makes it difficult to sleep.
