“This property is so cute and cozy! It had everything we needed and you cannot beat the location. I just wish we could have stayed longer. The property owner was great when we had a small problem with the septic system. Solved in no time and back to having fun. Beach access is a huge plus! We will stay again for sure! East check in and out too. Highly recommend!! ”

“Needs more signage. We turned into the first place our GPS told us to and we were horrified at what we saw. We hoped that wasn’t it. We drove to the next drive way which did not show the address on the sign and found the house. Cell service was sketchy. Other than that it was a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Well equipped. ”

“This property provided plenty of room for our family. It was cozy and clean. The view was amazing and especially loved the access to the beach! Newport was very close by to go and play and eat. Would recommend to stay here and would love to come again.”

“This is a beautiful home that is sitting on a bluff overlooking the ocean. There is access to the beach across the street; but it is a little tricky for someone who may have limited mobility. There is a BBQ on the awesome deck, but due to weather we weren’t able to take advantage of it. Restaurants are a short drive away. The only downfall that we would say is the beds are very firm. So that was an issue for our party of people. We stayed 3 nights and that was the max that my back could take.……

“This was the perfect house for our family of 4 (3 year old and 9 year old). It’s nothing fancy - which I actually love, it made it more relaxing and cozy. Short drive into Newport and a short, easy walk to the beach. The views were stunning. We would definitely stay here again. ”
