“The property is beautiful, welcoming, spotless, and well equipped. Beach access is not directly from the property but is only a few steps away and is easy to navigate - and the beach itself is huge, sandy, wide, and goes on for miles. Even our dog felt very welcomed with poop bags supplied and a fenced yard with grass that was very safe. Overall one of the very best places we've stayed on the coast and one we would happily return to often.”

“This is a great staycation house that’s close to the beach and within driving distance to many things in Newport & Yachats. We had a great stay here as so many amenities were provided. However you need to bring your own coffee as it isn’t provided.Overall all the beds are king beds and very comfy. Out stay was just very smooth”

“We had a great few days here! The house is right on the beach with the most incredible views. We hardly ever even saw another person on the beach. The house is surrounded by the amazing views, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out, Tons of comfortable beds and just an all-around great house. The hot tub is perfect to enjoy the surroundings and it’s a super easy walk to the beach. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again! ”

"The staff is so nice and wonderful, but the room is really not good. The room has a musty smell. And, I ordered a balcony room for the beautiful beach view. However, many people just smoked at their balcony. I can’t really enjoy the view outside. I paid over $300 for one night. It is really not worth the price. "
