“The room was clearly newly decorated, absolutely lovely and to a very high standard. Very big and thick towels, lovely! The bed was very comfortable and the pillows just form enough. “The Beach Front was an amazing place to stay. The room was huge and the view was stunning. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, we were give a wide range of choices. “We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 teen girls joining over the weekend. Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.”

“A very historic old hotel with an excellent location and a 3-minute walk to the attractions you are interested in. Strangely, the parking lot downstairs is not the hamilton hotel, but its sister hotel. So drivers have to go to the paid parking lot behind the hotel. It's a little inconvenient.”

“Just right for my needs. Good location for access to town plus free parking. Unfortunately I did have noisy people in adjoining rooms who played loud music and the room the other side had tv on loud but that’s the lack of concern for others that’s all too common now and not the fault of the guest house. Breakfast was good and staff polite and helpful.”

“The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,……

"Great location and beautiful view in front of the pier. Bathroom was the best thing in the room, can tell that it has been renovated. Much room for improvement on housekeeping and the rest of the room, such as windows and cleaniness of appliances like hairdryer and kettle. Fair deal in terms of what we paid. At the same time, I can understand the mixed reviews. "
