“Great location. Good size property for what we needed. Sad to say it was not very clean, lots of dust and cobwebs everywhere. Mould on the windows . It needs a full refurbishment as there were mismatch furniture, walls need decorating. Old screw holes in places. Old tatty tea towels with holes in and bleach marks on them. Not expensive to supply . ”

“This property is not 'posh' but it is absolutely perfect for a large family or group gathering. There is masses of space for cooking, eating and socialising and sitting outdoors. The setting of the cottage is second to none - surrounded by the fabulous New Forest and the giant redwoods of the Rhinefield Ornamental Drive. There are lots of walking and cycling trails immediately accessible from the property. We took our youngsters out on a dusk walk on the first night we arrived and they saw deer,……

The outside space was lovely and a great time of year to go as all bluebells and azaleas in bloom making it very pretty. The lounge was also a super sized area for everyone to congregate and enjoy games or a drink . ”
