“We love this location and have stayed at other units in this building. They are all very unique and quaint. This one has a great view overlooking the inlet at the beach. Can’t beat the view!This unit is a little dated with its furnishings and it wasn’t totally spic and span clean. Not bad enough to call management but enough that we just wiped stuff out ourselves. (This may have been caused by an extended period of no one being there, as it is the offseason).With that said, we thought the value……

“The location couldn’t be any better, literally a few steps from the beach. The guest contact was very responsive in getting back to me with any questions or concerns we had which is great however there were too many times we had to reach out to them during our stay, all basically minor things but things that should be taken care of prior to guest arrival so we don’t have to ask for thing. He was sure to get these things taken care of as we asked in a timely manner but again things that should……

Location is great, minutes from Dock Square, the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space with the open floor plan of this extremely well maintained home!”

“The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! ”

“The condo was in a perfect location, for a late summer long weekend. The amenities of the condo, were really nice. The size of the condo was great. Very spacious living space. The beds were a little small, and primary bath could have been a little cleaner, and bigger shower. The two decks were amazing. Kitchen had everything you needed, and was a good size. Loved the 3 sided table, and living room furniture. Very comfortable.”
