“This was our 2nd stay and as before the property didn’t disappoint. We enjoy the location near family in South Portland, but it provides a comfortable and scenic rest away from activities. We always enjoy walking at Two Lights, Fort Williams and Higgins Beach just short drives from this location. We had memorable dining experiences at Scales and Luke Lobster at nearby Portland. Enjoying our morning coffee on site among the scenic gardens, birdsong and wildlife is a treasure. The hosts are……

“The stairs and upper landing were difficult for a 76 yr old. suggest a 2nd small railing at the landing. No upstairs bathroom made things a bit difficult at night. Other than that the place was great.”

“The pictures are accurate. Darling little cottage. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We spent each morning drinking coffee in the screened in porch. Loovely! The bedroom was very small and a dresser that I used for some things, but am thankful for the luggage racks in the living room so we didn't have to keep them on the floor. Laundry room was good and spacious. I would stay here again. Wells is a nice town.”

“This was a great find! Short walk to downtown, but far enough away to be away from the crowds. Perfect oasis for myself, my pregnant wife, and our dog. We would definitely stay again!”
