“Good environment and nice room”

“Had a fantastic stay for 2 nights, it was a last minute decision to book somewhere and we're absolutely over the moon that we chose 'The Nags head' Fantastic looking bar area, gorgeous sun room restaurant area and great sized beer garden. Room was a decent size with one of the biggest and most comfortable beds we've stayed in. En suite was decent with a bath and shower. Staff were fantastic, friendly, professional and very welcoming. Breakfast included was very good with hot and cold options……

“Room was good new. I was in one that was quiet had no issues. Only issue was being thrown out the pub at closing time without any warning of last orders or consideration that we were hotel guests. Left to finish our drinks outside ”

“Carpet was not vacuumed perperly. Location and price are great advantages. ”

“We had a lovely stay. Relaxed and fun. Staff super friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Only dropped a star as we had a main course and shared a pudding which took over 2hrs all in all. We laughed about it, I can only assume there was a drama in the kitchen and that's 2hy we waited so long. Still, doesn’t put us off, we'd stay again ”

“飯店在偏山區，但離市區不遠算方便，飯店整體很古色古香，房間有的角落會有蜘蛛網及小蜘蛛，但無傷大雅，房間寬敞舒適，服務人員相當親切，唯一缺點是沒有電梯，要搬行李走旋轉木梯是項挑戰，早餐好吃！”

“A few bits we were unhappy with and could easily be improved. Firstly the only toast offered at breakfast was sourdough, which was hard and really difficult to cut. We werent the only customers to comment on this. The bins and full ashtray we walked past when going into our room wasn't very nice to see. Privacy was a bit of an issue with a few chairs directly outside our bedroom window and staff members having a break there. I must say the staff were really welcoming and helpful. But would……
