“This cottage was perfect for our family of 3. Located in a charming village with great bus links into Oxford, we enjoyed the local pub for dinner, Waterperry Gardens to see the snowdrops, and having everything we needed in the cottage to make our stay easy. Communication with the owner was timely and easy. We loved learning about the history of the property and the village. We have already recommended to friends and if we find ourselves needing to stay in the area again, it will be our first……

“Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset.”

“A very well maintained property . We were surprised and delighted when we arrived to find the spacious living area on the first floor. It was light and airy and a pleasure to relax and chill out in . There was every appliance you could need to make your stay easy and comfortable. We liked the fact eco friendly soaps etc were there to use .Lovely welcome gift and Mel was very kind about cleaning up before leaving . The property was just off the main high street where there were so many places to……

“We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience ”
