“The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! ”

“Just want to provide a few words of advice to future guests: Although there is a coffee maker, its a Keurig so you'll need to buy kcups (we brought ground coffee). Minor issue: you may also need to BYO salt and pepper shakers, but perhaps by the time you are reading this previous guests will have left them behind. To be fair, the list of "what to bring" is clear that nothing is provided, so it might be best to check-in first, then go grocery shopping! ”

“Came down for a Wedding; rented this place with friends. It was my 3rd time down here and this place my favorite! Great location, close to everything. Management very responsive and house was very clean. Loved the backyard too. ”

“We just needed a place for a couple of nights so that we could make the day trip to Dry Tortugas NP. This fit the bill! It wasn’t fancy but we felt safe and were easily able to fit our family of 5. But I wouldn’t have stayed for longer than 2 nights as we would’ve been cramped. We had everything we needed and all the necessary instructions ahead of time. And the view off of the back deck was pretty incredible! Also, if you don’t have a sound machine, be prepared for a rooster alarm clock!”

“Our family of 9 stayed in this lovely home for almost a week. We had EVERYTHING we needed available and then some. The home is very spacious and inviting with plenty of amenities. Loved that there was so much room even with all of us, we never felt like anyone was “under-foot”. Beds were super comfortable, and the house was nice and clean. The most amazing sunrises were enjoyed up on the large patios. I would definitely recommend this home. The pictures of the home are spot on.”

“We had the best time at the Coral Lagoon! The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Quick, prompt communication from the owners/host was a huge plus!! Highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back! ”

“Ibis Lane is centrally located- within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and ice cream! The house is spacious and laid out nicely for guests to have their own space. Situated on a dead end street, it’s perfect for kids and dogs. My great niece and nephew had a ball riding their bikes, and visiting “ Cheeburger Cheeburger” to put a quarter in the huge gumball machine. Denise answered all questions and got back to me right away. She also added many thoughtful touches to her home to make……

“House and location are great. We come to the Keys every year and we really liked this place. However, the construction is an issue. Street was closed off, sidewalks too. Should have notified us on this. Annoying to be woken up that early on vacation. Take that away, great spot and highly recommended ”

I slept in bedroom the the queen bed that wasnt the master and it was super comfortable. It was a short distance to hollywood beach. We couldnt have been happier with the accomodations.
