“Wonderful time was had by my family. The check-in process was easy. The owner was very sweet and welcoming. The owner was very responsive to any pre-questions I had prior to booking. “This was our second stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it again!The property is clean, and the communication with the host was excellent. The people of Clarksville are so kind and welcoming. The location is great for lake activities, or exploring the area. We found some great local breweries and vinyards within reasonable distance and of course enjoyed Buggs Island Brewery for live music lakeside in the evenings. Highly recommend!!”

“The home is roomy and has everything in it that you would need from kitchen supplies to linens and towels. The outside area could use a little TLC but nothing that impacted our stay. Also a small one page note with directions for the TV, second oven and check out process would be helpful.”

“We rented the whole house and overall we had a good time, but probably wouldn’t rent here again. The house was not very clean when we got there. Luckily we brought some cleaning stuff so we cleaned it up and felt better about it. The one side had small gnat looking bugs all over the ceiling when we arrived as well as in the bathroom on side B. I assume because maybe the cleaning people or the people before us had the door open and they flew in, but it was kind of gross that the cleaning people……

“If you are looking for a vacation away from it all, Frank's is your place. But, no worries, if you need to run to CVS or food (grocery or fast food), it's a 15-minute ride.We needed a quiet getaway and that's just what we got. And, I got to swim everyday!!! Super plus!!!
