“This house is thoughtfully designed for gatherings, with comfortable bedding for everyone and a spacious open kitchen that became the heart of our vacation. We were able to comfortably prepare meals together while still being able to chat with family lounging in the adjacent living area. “The property itself is tucked away on a private bend of the Umpqua River Just 20 minutes from the coast. Great place to bring family and friends. The owner has thought of everything! From 3 years old to 55 in our group found great things to do including kayaking, ping pong, board games and lots of outdoor fun. Master host with great communication and easy to work with. Thank you!!! ”

“The room itself was clean. The bed was comfortable. The carpet was really dirty and so were the bottom of the curtains but, this is right off the beach so there is that. The room had a quaint little deck that looked out over to the beach. For the price would stay here again. Just a note: if you check in late, you’ll probably get a room on the second level and you have to take stairs to get to it. ”

The views, location and convenience is all perfect for a stay in town. The communication with property management was the best I've ever experienced.
