“As always a great stay!”

“Overall our stay at this location was good. The property ia great and offers a lot of amenities - indoor pool, hot tubs, playground, beach access etc. The condo itself is a good size for a group of 6 but it does need some updates. The oven did not work during our stay and 1 burner on the stove did not work (did get fixed while we were there). Called the number provided by the owner and they responded quickly, but the oven wasnt fixed which messed up our cooking plans for the trip. The……

“The condo is cute, clean. Check in and out was super easy. Steve was great with the communication and made everything so easy! Very minimal and reasonable check out instructions! ”

“Beautiful oceanfront view and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to beach. We checked out pickleball equipment and enjoyed a quick 9 holes of mini golf on the property. ”

“I expected it to be a bit cleaner. Pictures are not accurate need to be updated. The coffee pot was not a keiurg like advertised and we brought the wrong coffee. Different chair in the living space too. Bed was uncomfortable could use updating along with pillows. ”

“I travel in hotels and short term stays about 15-20 nights a year.... not a jaded road warrior, but not someone with unrealistically high expectations either. The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything……

“This property has a great location. You can walk to the restaurant shops and ferries all within a few blocks. The view is amazing. You can see boats going up and down the water away. Horses on the island across the waterway the property does have a lot of steps to get into it. the parking is around back off of Craven Street. but it’s a big plus having a parking space.”
