“Busy weekend in Chicago so my room was not ready for an early check in. With that said, everything else went very well. ”

“挺好的，干净整洁，就是早餐样式有些少，有些新鲜蔬菜或者煎蛋什么的就会更好了。另外，希望能够有更多的咖啡种类以供选择”

“Excellent hotel, premises and amenities. Their gym was so much better than many of the big commercial gyms. Excellent cleaning service. Excellent forest area surrounding the hotel. Only downsides are: 1. Hotel is a bit far from shopping and dining, and one needs to take a taxi to go anywhere. 2. too many events happening daily.”

“This was a great stop for our family! The only thing I'd say, is I wish the pool stayed open until 10. After a long day of travel, 9pm just felt too soon for my kids to get out. Breakfast was fantastic!! Service and food! ”

“卫生间实在太小了，没有免费的房间Wi-Fi太不方便.电视经常出现问题.床很舒服，离购物中心很近，免费室外停车很实惠.”

“Staff is polite and friendly. They doing best as customer experience. Bad part - there was pieces of broken glass in room which could had injured anyone. Light was not working but upon request it was addressed immedietly. ”

“Accessible ”

“I'll admit, driving into the area I was initially concerned. But it turns out that my concerns were not warranted. The staff was nice and friendly (even when I had to come back and get my key card reissued in the middle of the night). The room was in good shape and clean. They were undergoing renovations at this time (currently replacing all the windows throughout the entire property). So they are making improvements one project at a time, I guess, but they are trying and I give them credit……
