“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“We used this hotel when watching the European final at the Principality Stadium. It was a 10 min taxi to the stadium and the hotel had plenty of free parking available. Lots of convenient shops around - Tesco over the road plus a McDonalds which was handy when coming home after the game! Staff all friendly and the room was very clean. Huge bed which was very comfortable. ”

“The view is marvellous. There was Bonfire night in Cardiff, we can see beautiful firework in the room. ”

“Was a really great stay , staff , excellent , food was really nice . Only downside was the deco , really needs carpets or laminate flooring , been a long time since I have stayed in a hotel with carpet in bathroom . Stayed 2 nights , both mornings got woke up 5 am with the linen truck outside my window .”
