“The first room assigned to me is of no air condtioning, which is excessively hot in day time. Upon request, the hotel change one with air conditioning, but at a lower floor with internal view on the reception hall. The room decoration is of simple type and acceptable. But a number of room facilities like door lock, light bulbs need repair.”

“I stayed in room 11 which was a lovely big room. It was next to the extraction fan of the kitchen which was noisy. It did not affect my sleep as it was turned off at around 9:30 ish when the kitchen was closed.”

“We stayed at Sessile Oak by Marston's Inns and really appreciated its convenient location — close to shopping malls, a beach, and with easy access to nearby destinations. The property offered a peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxing break. On arrival, there was a bit of a queue, but the staff handled it professionally and were genuinely pleasant throughout our stay. “A welcoming, traditional, impeccably presented hotel in an elevated position with expansive views from the gardens. Geared up for weddings and events. A little lacking in facilities for other types of guests (e.g. a gym or pool), but we had a lovely brief stay. Good food, excellent breakfast. Transport needed to reach the property up a long, mainly single track road - try not to leave when dozens of wedding guests are arriving from the opposite direction!”
