They flatten and for me, that makes for a miserable night. My brother had the same complaint. Upgrade the pillows and I'll be happy to stay there during every trhip to B,ham.”

“Upon arrial, the property on the outside was very clean. Walking in, the inside was clean also. The front desk attendant was outside on break and as I was walking through the door he came in very quickly and checked me in promptly. The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable about the hotel. Room was very clean. Will definitely stay here again. ”
