“We were greeted enthusiastically by Jasmine and Patrice at check in . They were both so sweet and helpful . The hotel is conveniently located across from the surgical center where I was having an elective surgery. After the surgery was complete I was able to rest comfortably and quietly until I felt good enough to head home.”

“The staff was very friendly and engaging. Location has everything around it as far as food and convenience, however if we were in Birmingham for pleasure vs visiting family I would choose a more walkable location. ”
