“This well-designed, clean, and brilliantly located cottage was a wonderful place for a few days rest and exploration of Waterton National Park. The little hamlet of Mountain view has a nice general store for the items we forgot, and we had horses in a paddock out the patio window as foreground to a great view of the Mountains. Our hosts were responsive and professional. My family is excited to visit again. ”

“This was like stepping into a different time and place. The house, although dated, has a seamless European vibe with fixtures and details that are uncommon, authentic and charming. The home was obviously much loved and cared-for when it was built and is an absolutely perfect summer home. The location is so beautiful, overlooking the turquoise water of ghost lake with multiple patios from which to take in the view. We went with friends and cooked gourmet meals together in the open kitchen then……

“Stayed here during the new year and went skiing in Red Deer. It was a quick drive to the hill which was nice but located in a beautiful town. ”

“Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. Expedia didn't tell me it is a "Please note that this unit has been discounted, as it does not have a guaranteed parking stall and is situated next to the stairs and……
