“Ryan is a great host. The house is very nice with everything you need. The bed was super comfortable. The house is air conditioned (which is rare) and everything you need is very close by. I highly recommend staying here and this will definitely be my first choice when I’m back in Calgary. Thanks Ryan!”

“The accomodation was great, neat, and plenty of space for 3 adults. Met the owners once before moving in, spoke to them through emails, they were courteous and accomodating.Recommendations: 1. There was no iron/ironing board so had to borrow an iron from the owner.2. Since this was a basement apt the owner lived above,. it was difficult to sleep in late as you could hear all the activity from above,when the owner or their child was walking around or talking, you can not her the actual……

“We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, quiet, and conveniently close to downtown. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the host was easy to reach and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Property was 100% as described and communication with management was effortless. Only thing we could have used a little more of was a few extra towels but even that wasn't a big deal. Great place to stay if you're going to Banff.”

“We had a great time on our vacation at the palms.would definitely recommend it if you’re going to Sylvan Lake about an 8 minutes walk to the beach and you can browse multiple little shops to the beach or back the the house.Back yard very well accommodating for a group we were 8 people but still lots of room for the kids to play.Very quiet.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place for a group.Contact with host very efficient.Thanks again for a great time Richard ”

"Great location just within 10 minutes drive from Calgary airport. They offer free shuttle service to the airport that runs every 30 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet selection looks good but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. "

"This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. Built against the mountain, the hotel appears to have four separate buildings, but they are conveniently connected by a corridor on the fourth floor. Located at the entrance of the town, it is right across from a gas station, a convenience store, and a fast-food restaurant that stays open until 10 PM. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is decent. Dinner portions are generous, though the variety is limited. Breakfast, however, requires a longer wait. The staff are friendly and approachable. Overall, this hotel provided a great accommodation experience."
