“A quaint and friendly place. It is an older property so it does show some small flaws. We stayed in the Royal room and enjoyed the fireplace and claw foot tub. They have some great little personal touches like complimentary juice at the reception, homemade cookies in the room, and a hand written welcome card. The restaurant is a must too! Best breakfast!”

“This is a very nice quite location. The building and rooms are on the small side but very nice. Not super modern but still in good condition. The hot tub was always quiet and so nice to use in the evening. Parking was a bit tight and a gravel lot with huge potholes so be aware! No real view from our room other than the treed yard, but it was nice and private. Staff was very friendly. Included breakfast was awesome, but it would be nice if they asked how you wanted it cooked. I don't like runny……

“Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website.
