When we checked in and had received our room key I ended up looking in the room key envelope to see what number our room was. The person that checked us in did not give any information about the amenities or even wish us a good stay. ”

We got to our room and went to use the bathroom and there was a long streak of bowls going down on the front of the stool!!! Then my husband went to the air on and the filters were on the floor and they were so dirty!! He cleaned them a little and put them in and it didn’t matter cause the air was working very well anyway!!!”
