“Location was great right next to Kenmore station and BU buildings right across. Hotel doesnt have any restaurants itself but has a Japanese place adjoining & Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks also right next to it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room size is quite good. Everything needed was there. We had a room facing Fenway Park.”

“今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。 如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。”

“I and my husband came for the 128 Boston Marathon. My unit was in 41 St. Stephen Street. The location is very convenient with Symphony Station just round the corner. A short walk to Hynes Convention Centre and Marathon finish line. Whole Food Market is just 3 minutes walk and there are many nice restaurants around. Though in an old building, the unit appears recently renovated with marble kitchen table top, a big fridge, microwave, toaster and electric stove which is very efficient in cooking.……

“There was so many options from food to coffee shops. And everthing was in walking distances; only thing i didn't like i ran out of time to explore everything i wanted to”

“I booked this hotel because it’s including the breakfast and swim pool, while when we asked for breakfast, hotel said no, the swim pool is too mini, can’t swim there. Web said 2 king size beds, but it’s queen size. Very disappointed. The reception didn’t say any when I checked in, he didn’t tell me the parking cost, didn’t tell the breakfast, no any words. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Chester, the room was clean and decorated beautifully so it felt like a home rather than a hotel room. I’d highly recommend the restaurant right next door, Mida, but make a reservation. If you need quiet this isn’t the place for you as it’s near a busy intersection so there are frequent sirens and car noise but we got used to it and the positives definitely outweighed the negative! ”

“整体感觉可以，唯一遗憾的是深夜发生消防警报，从28楼步行楼梯到7楼后，被告知警报解除，可以回到房间。7楼没有电梯，走到3楼后才能回到28楼房间，整晚无眠。”

“We stayed here for a few days while visiting Boston, once at the beginning of our trip and once at the end and found it very convenient to hop on the train and walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The first room was on the third floor and was very small but was fine for two people. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our second room was in the basement and much larger and again, very clean and well-appointed. We did have some noise from the room above us but it wasn't a big issue. They……
