“The staff members were very attentive and very respectful. 5 stars to them, give those fine folks a raise!!! Didn't care for the area though, I was racially discriminated against just standing out on the sidewalk along Asylum street. I dont plan on ever coming back to Hartford but if by some act of God, I had to c9me back no matter what, Id stay at the Goodwin.”

“应该算Avon星级最高的酒店了，地点和外部环境不错，不过对游客来说住宿体验一般。首先，酒店的所谓欧陆早餐太简陋，基本上是汽车旅馆级别的，有钱的话还是去旁边的餐厅吃吧，酒店的附属餐厅还不错。其次，房间和设施比较老旧，床单居然有破损痕迹。最离谱的是我在网上全款预定，到酒店后还要收每天十几美金的所谓服务费，让人难以理解，总之，今后应该不会再选择这家酒店了，之前不适合旅行的人。”

“Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. ”
