“I have to use a mobility and all the automatic door openers which keep them open so you could get through weren't working. The lift was very small and my medium sized scooter would only just fit in, if I removed the basket to get the doors to close.”

“Lovely hotel with good old fashioned service. Large, comfortable room, with a super king sized bed. Lovely staff who looked after us. The decor was a little tired, but overall good and would come back and recommend. Great location, very handy for the train station, theatre and sea front.”

“This property is in an excellent location opposite the harbour with amazing views. The room was a good size and warm considering the freezing weather. It seemed to be recently decorated with a modern bathroom. Lots of wardrobe space and a king size bed. However, there were some issues in the room including a very scaly kettle, only 2 teabags, 1 shower gel, no glasses, no bathmat, flat batteries in tv remote, and only half a loo roll. As there were no staff on site for most of the time these……

“We have stayed at the crown spa a few times now. We know Scarborough well and find this hotel in an excellent position with everything within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and we also enjoyed the swimming pool and gym areas. The staff were very polite and friendly. ”
