“I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,……

“We love this hotel, it's our preferred choice in the area..but we've come across some rooms that have holes in the walls or doors. The place also smelled of marijuana when we walked in, we're unsure if the staff or clients were using it. ”

“We have a tiny, non-shedding dog and we’re not going to pay $75 pet deposit for her. In searching for hotels I ran across this one with no pet fee so we booked it. Pleasantly surprised! Room was perfect for our needs and we had a comfortable night. The floors could be a bit cleaner (mopped) but otherwise it was an easy off/on the freeway and quiet. Would absolutely stay here again. Bonus: the person manning the front desk was friendly and helpful. ”
