“Good location and free shuttle service is very convenient to travellers. However, the hotel holds my credit card credit for USD100 as security deposit, but the deposit was not reversed although I have checked out. This should have been done when I checked out .”

We loved the Italian restaurant inside the hotel, Giulia and the coffee shop was great with pastries and sandwiches. The hotel was in a great quiet area but walkable to the busy area of North Loop and some great restaurants. I would love to stay again! ”

“It was an amazing experience. We were in town for a concert and to celebrate a birthday. Our refrigerator didn’t work and there were no robes in our room upon arrival. I asked the front desk to send up the robes and they did. We didn’t complain about the refrigerator because we had ice from the ice machine. There was a homeless guy smoking in the hallway off the parking ramp but he didn’t bother anyone. Staff was friendly and inviting. Hallways were extremely quiet and housekeeping did……
