“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“The front desk service is very poor. Shuttle runs until 10:30pm and no one answered my phone until time passed. AC is loud and cannot be turned to auto mode. Will not recommend or come back to this place for overnight traveling. ”

“For the price you can't beat this hotel. We were close to so many shopping opportunities including an outlet mall that was less than 30 minutes away. Hotel was nice for money, pool was wonderful. Breakfast had no hot food, only cereal, yogurt and bagels. Some fruit. Overall though wonderful stay. ”
