“Everything was great, the only small gripe I had was that it took a long time for the hot water to reach temperature for the shower, even using the electric boost option. Host was really helpful and room excellent and spacious for a solo traveller which was much appreciated.”

“Absolutely fantastic, exceeded our expectations by miles! Room was lovely and bed was so so comfy (four poster bed, fantastic surprise) it was an amazing room, good tv nice bathroom too! AMAZING. The architecture of the house was also beautiful. The breakfast had everything you needed and desired! The owners were also lovely and friendly! Exceptional value and in a perfect location for all the National Trust locations”

“Lovely character-full old property. Very comfortable beds and good facilities. Excellent staff. High quality chef-prepared food. Friendly people. Only small gripe is the ales were Shepherd Neame - I prefer a range of real ales. (Good pint of Timothy Taylor Landlord London Pride in the neighbouring pub though.) ”
