“I was only staying 1 night so I want a clean comfortable bed and a good supply of hot water. I got both plus tea and coffee making. My only little gripe is that there were no usb charging points and I had forgotten my plug. Reception to the rescue.”

“After going through the front gate that should have locked I came by a dumpster full of stinking garbage. The small courtyard was filthy. The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? The shared bathroom, toilet paperless, was dingy and poorly lit. Some photoshop trickery must have been used for the pics of the place. “Only one key to the whole building, got woken up at 11pm because another guest was locked outside and was banging on the door. Asked for fresh towels and never got a response from the owner. Kitchen had a bad smell coming from the fridges and the tv in my room was broken.”

“The proprietor was very welcoming, the room was clean and tidy. There was also tea,coffee, biscuits and water available in the room. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. They do not do breakfast but the proprietor recommended places where we could obtain an evening meal with a pint of real ale and also some breakfast the following morning. Would definitely stay there again. ”
