“The staff were very accommodating, courteous and professional. Josh and Ashley and the night clerk were very helpful. When we told them we were moving to the area Josh was happy to let us know what was in our surroundings, shops etc. Many thanks to the staff at the Best Western in Watertown! ”

“Our room was at the end of a section with the soda machine and ice machine up against our wall. We could not here it at all and at one point there was a group of teenagers trying to get a stuck item out of the vending machine along with their laughter. BF heard nothing and he was on bed that was against same wall. Parking was fine but took a little practice to learn the ins and outs of the property roads.”
