“Communication with Cody was prompt. They responded quickly to inquires. We had a little difficulty with the front door locking but we got that figured out with Cody’s help. Upon entry the unit appeared shabby and in need of a deep thorough cleaning. Upstairs in the bedrooms and living room there was noticeable dust and dirt on the tables.
