“Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.”

“The room is so tiny and feel like living in a prison, other than that hotel staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast is surprising not bad. ”

“We had a one night stay for a meeting in the region. The hotel is not near to any other Pubs so you are rather captive, it has a nice garden terrace area next to the river, this is very pleasant in warm weather. We were however very disappointed that despite being residents we were not allowed to use this unless eating. A bizarre rule.”

Unfortunately the restaurant was a bit disappointing. The food was a limited menu at dinner, though nice. The staff were also a bit scatty with orders etc”

“Comfortable & Clean, slightly cold upon arrival but a few mins with the heater on resolved that, in general it was great value for money with Donkey picture on the wall (I donate monthly to the donkey sanctuary) & heilan coo’s in the bathroom (I’m also Scottish) only negative was the sound proofing from neighbouring rooms, the snoring !!! Gosh ! However, it was more homely than you’d have realised, thank you.”
