“This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth. The proprietor……

“Cheapest option we could find and we had everything we needed. It's above a members only club but there's a separate entrance for the rooms, just once you check-in at the bar, you can come and go as you please.”

“The hotel was a bit tricky to find, you have to be organised and check-in in advance and I had to chase up the check-in details on the day because they weren't sent to me. Communication was otherwise good. I was right at the top of the building so it was very hot, but the room was comfortable if a little worn, with peeling wallpaper and a squeaky bed. This all sounds negative, but it was perfectly serviceable, clean, and with good in-room facilities. There was also a shared kitchen which was……

“My room was in the yard, not in the main building, A little bit cold during the winter night. The next morning, breakfast was served started from 8:00, and I arrived at 7:50, the staff showed with dark face, not very friendly.”

Only on first night I had issue with noise from banging doors, even I had earplugs. Also no soap in bath. Just waiting for my 50 pounds to be returned for security deposit. ”
