“We love Stratford Upon-Avon and a member of our family had stayed at the Crowne Plaza before. So we decided to give it a try. The only issues that I could mention was that the room 1019 was quite a walk from reception and, I had to report to the front desk that maybe the previous occupants had spilled some dark liquids on the carpets and caused them to stain.”

“Just an overnight stay to attend RSC. On such a hot day/night the air conditioning in our room was most welcome and made for a far better nights sleep. The hotel is working hard to make itself greener which is great to see. It is a little tired in some areas but I note work is taking place to address this. It would help if the reception area was bigger and had more staff to check-in or out. Finally, this venue is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.”

“環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。”
