“Great stay, very clean, smelled nice”

“This is a fun family friendly resort and we loved bringing the kids there when they were young and now bringing our grandchildren. It's even bigger and better now than when we brought our children years ago. ”

“Hotel staff, rooms and conditions of the hotel were top notch. Even better was that they showed disney movies in pool area on wall giant screen. My only complaint was we were relaxing in hot tub when a couple with kid complete with goggles and pool toys got in. Kid promptly dived under water got water in nose and then blew snot directly in water. We immediately got out grossed and sat in chairs to finish our beverage when 4 more kids with toys invaded hot tub. All of age where the hot tub……

“Aside from the reality that we met some Tennessee bugs for the first time in our room before being moved to another room, this was an outstanding experience. The hotel and everything were great, the people were great, the experience was great, and the park was great. Shannon from the restaurant, if you're out there, you're incredible and she made our entire trip. Even though our first few minutes in the hotel were a little crazy learning about Tennessee bugs, the hotel came through and did……

“Was sad to see that they took down all the animals in the hall around the room numbers. They changed all the bedding, doesn’t look the same as it did back in 2023. Enjoyed the added water activities inside. ”
